All items are checked in detail to ensure product quality. Kissypet strives to provide you with the best service, we offer our customers 7-day return & exchange service.
If there is any quality problem in the item, please contact us and provide product image within 7 days after receiving the item. Once we confirm, we will properly arrange exchange after we get back the item.
- To be accepted for return, the item should meet the following condition:
- Item should be new, unused in its original condition;
- Contact us within 7 days after receiving the item;
- No artificial damage
- Personal / pet preferences or taste is not accepted as reason for exchange
- All returned items should retain original amount or a minimum 90% or original
- Customers are required to return the item to us, either return to our office in person for exchange or send it back by mail / courier. We may also arrange exchange in next order delivery according to different circumstance.
- Exchange is limited to the same product. If the product is out-of-stock, customer can exchange other product with the same value or higher. No refund is accepted.
- Measurement chart is listed on each product page, please be reminded to do measurement before purchase and choose the correct size. No exchange or return for size is accepted.
- For pet clothes / underwears, due to hygiene reasons, no exchange or return is accepted
- Non-quality issue / any misuse / physical damage or customer neglect is not accepted for return / exchange. In case of any dispute, KissyPet has the final decision on acceptance of return / exchange.
