We offer the following delivery means for customers:

Details

SF Express

SF Express (weight <3kg)

  • For small items order with weight below 3kg.
    Weight is calculated based on SF Express' rule: either actual weight or dimension weight, whichever higher.
    For large item with dimension weight higher than 3kg, order cannot be sent with SF Express and we will contact customer to change delivery method.
  • Free for order net HK$300 or above (after discount and coupon). Flat charge $30 for order below $300
  • Can be delivered to commercial or residential address / SF pickup point (SF Store / EF Locker / Other SF pickup point)
  • For SF pickup point, simply click "New address / SF Express" to select the desired pickup point and it will be added to address automatically (no need to edit the address unless you want to deliver to your address). When parcel arrives at pickup point, you will receive SF Express SMS notification and you will need to show that SMS for pickup.
  • Order will be sent out within 1-3 working days.
    Commercial Address / SF Store: Normally arrives on the next working day
    Residential Address: Normally takes 1-3 business for delivery. Remote area may require additional day
    EF Locker: Normally takes 1-3 business for delivery after dispatch. Depends on locker available, delay may result if locker is full
    Other SF Pickup point: Normally takes 1-3 business for delivery after dispatch. Depends on pickup point quota, delay may result if quota is full

SF Express

SF Express (weight 3-5kg)

  • For small items order with weight 3-5kg.
    Weight is calculated based on SF Express' rule: either actual weight or dimension weight, whichever higher.
    For large item with dimension weight higher than 3kg, order cannot be sent with SF Express and we will contact customer to change delivery method.
  • Free for order net HK$500 or above (after discount and coupon). Flat charge $50 for order below $500
  • Can be delivered to commercial or residential address / SF pickup point (SF Store / EF Locker / Other SF pickup point)
  • For SF pickup point, simply click "New address / SF Express" to select the desired pickup point and it will be added to address automatically (no need to edit the address unless you want to deliver to your address). When parcel arrives at pickup point, you will receive SF Express SMS notification and you will need to show that SMS for pickup.
  • Order will be sent out within 1-3 working days.

Delivery

Residential Delivery

  • Free for order net HK$300 or above (after discount and coupon). Flat charge $60 for order below $300
  • Accept Credit Card / Bank Transfer / PayME / AliPayHK / WeChat Pay / Octopus O!epay.
    No Cash on Delivery.
  • We will arrange the fastest delivery for customers, either by our specialist delivery or residential courier, depending on customer's order and our delivery schedule.
  • Our staff will contact to confirm the order and delivery time. Normally delivery will be arranged within 1-5 business days. If customers need to appoint delivery over 1 week later, please contact us for stock reservation in advance.
  • Only one delivery address is allowed for each order.
  • Order will only be delivered to address with direct elevator. If no direct elevator to delivery address and need walk up stairs to arrive, please state in advance when placing order, or otherwise delivery will be affected. Normally free delivery is only offered within 1 level (maximum 32 steps). Additional fee will be charged after 1st level: $40 for delivery to 2nd to 4th Level, $80 for delivery to 5nd to 8th Level. Maximum 8 levels. Maximum box weight for delivery without elevator is 20kg, for over 20kg, order can only be pickup at ground floor.
  • If the order is delivered but no one to receive, driver will contact customer and appoint another re-delivery for once. If second delivery is still unsuccessful and customer requires us to arrange delivery again, delivery fee $60 will be charged. No charge will be applied if customer comes to pick up order at our office.
  • If customer requests to put the items at door or lobby management counter, we will not be responsible in case of any damage or loss.
  • In case of typhoons or black rainstorm signal, delivery will be postponed. We will contact customers to arrange new delivery time, customers can also contact us for new arrangement.
  • In case of heavy rain, bad weather or special traffic jams, delivery time may be affected and delayed. We will contact affected customers for arrangement depending on specific circumstances.
  • If delivery address is located in remote area such as country-side, villages, can't be reach by cars etc, we may not provide delivery service. For details, please contact our customer service to enquire.
  • Maximum order weight: 100kg. For order over 100kg, please contact us to check availability and we may arrange accordingly.
